Located in a very convenient spot in Zihuatanejo: next to bodega Aurrera and the bus stop and just a 4 minute drive downtown.

On Christmas and Holy Week: 1500 pesos per night plus a  safe deposit of 2000 pesos.

During summer break and other hollydays: 1000 pesos per night plus a  safe deposit of 2000 pesos 

Low season: 800 pesos per night plus a  safe deposit of 2000 pesos.

 

***Deposits are refunded at the end of the rent when the property is delivered in good shape. To reserve, the owner also asks for a 2000 peso deposit.

Long term rental: A lease contract of 6-12 months for 4500 pesos a month plus a safe deposit of 4500 pesos which is given back when the apartment is delivered in good shape.

 

The first bedroom has a full size bed and a twin; the second bedroom has two twin beds.
