You access the house through an electric gate which leads to the two car garage. From here you could either enter the laundry room or the house. The laundry room and maid's room are connected and have an independent entrance so you're not disturbed early in the morning when the cleaning it's been done. If you access the house by the main entrance you will find an amazing hand carved arch and floating parota floors that cover all of the living and dining room as well as the master bedroom, made by artisans from Pátzcuaro, considered the best carpenters in Mexico. The living room is decorated with european style chairs and sofas and amazing chandeliers. The dining room has a beautiful parota table for six people. Right in front of the dining room there is a small terrace all covered with talavera tiles beneath a tall and strong Parota tree.
Going through the living room and out into the garden and the pool. Overlooking the Golf Course, we find a very spacious terrace in colonial style with wooden roof and a cantera stone chimney. The garden is really nice and spacious and is already planted with beautiful plants and roses. To the left side of the pool there is a structure with foundations ready for a small 2 bedroom 2 bath guest house. It also has the electric and plumbing all ready.
Back into the house, right in front of the liing room, we could have our guests use a half bathroom with a nice cantera stone sink and very european decorations.
The master bedroom could be that of a princess!! A gigantic bed in colonial style handcarved and painted by expert artisans from Pátzcuaro plus antique tables and furniture here and there. In the bedroom we can also find a nice marble tub with a marble chimney in front. From the master bedroom you can accesss the laundry room through a door which is locked from the inside and also a small patio with a nice cantera stone fountain and an outdoor shower. From this patio you can go out to the garage through a wonderful hand painted colonial style door.
Next to the main entrance we find the staircase to the first level which features a huge suite with a large living room, a big bedroom with it's own bathroom and balcony. This could be a totally independent apartment. To the left side we find the maid's room. Up the stair there's a second bedroom and a big terrace overlooking the Golf Course.
